Job Description:
Implementing effective training strategies, policies & procedures,
Adhere to annual plans & budgets to ensure achievement of the short
& long term plans, Regularly driving the processes, Induction &
functional training for all the employees joining in the circle,
Maintain training records of all the employees working in the circle,
Developing the speed & guest service culture in the circle, Guest
feedback process implementation
Candidate Profile: PG/ PGDM preferred (But not a
rejection criteria), Exp in operations & training, courses in
training certification etc will be advantages, Exp of 3-9 yrs + exp in
retail, FMCG, food service industry & similar organisations with
large customer facing staff with training needs, Should be a great
trainer herself/ himself & should be extremely effective as a
trainer
